Centered + Collaborative

Sunset over rolling green hills with trees and mountain peaks in the background.

The client experience is the cornerstone of our approach. We believe in the power of collaboration and placing you, as an individual with distinctive needs, at the center of your therapy journey. Striving to create a safe, therapeutic and nurturing environment where your unique experiences, insights, and goals are heard and respected is of the utmost importance to us. When you’re ready, we’re ready to help.

Specializing in an array of areas to meet your needs, our therapeutic style combines trauma focused approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic interventions and more. We utilize an integrative approach to psychotherapy and tailor session interventions  based on your specific needs. We feel strongly about treating each client as a whole person and the "why you're here" underneath feelings and symptom as opposed to seeing the person as the diagnosis.
