Viviana Del Aguila Niebylski is a Licensed Mental Health Professional in the state of New York.

Viviana has a strong background in mental health counseling with 10+ years of experience in diverse clinical settings including residential treatment, crisis treatment, and trauma recovery. She prefers to work with older adolescents and adults and specializes in sexuality, navigating adulthood, cultivating authenticity and transmuting trauma.

She has an integrative psychodynamic approach, meaning that she values the past, the unconscious and the transpersonal. She tailors each treatment to the unique needs of her clients. She is aligned with Psychodynamic Therapy, Somatic Therapy and evidence based practices such as Internal Family Systems Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. 

Viviana believes that many individuals have had experiences that left a mark in our souls and bodies. While she does not believe in a cure or quick fix to ease such troubles, she does believe we can work together towards integrating and processing past experiences so that they may be more capably carried. 

Viviana identifies as Queer and Latina. In her free time, you might find her in her local community garden, singing in a band or at an esoteric spiritual retreat for self-care.
